Accessibility Statement
Access should not be a barrier.
PRIMA ELITE aims to make its website and digital information accessible, understandable and usable by as many people as reasonably possible.
Accessibility is considered part of good digital practice, not an optional design feature.
We seek to improve the experience for people using different devices, browsers, assistive technologies and methods of interaction.
6.1 Our accessibility objective
PRIMA ELITE uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as its target accessibility standard.
This is an ongoing objective. It should not be interpreted as a claim that every page, document, resource or third-party component has been independently audited or fully conforms to every applicable success criterion.
The website has been checked with automated tools and keyboard testing. It has not yet been independently audited or tested in a structured way with screen readers.
6.2 Accessibility measures
The website is designed with accessibility considerations that may include:
- Semantic page structure and meaningful headings.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and interactive controls.
- Visible keyboard focus indicators.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Sufficient colour contrast.
- Responsive layouts for different screen sizes.
- Clear link and control labels.
- Support for reduced-motion preferences where applicable.
- Accessible form labels and error communication.
- Skip navigation links to help users move directly to main content.
The accessibility of individual documents, external services and third-party content may differ.
6.3 Assistive technology and compatibility
The website is intended to work with modern browsers and a range of assistive technologies.
However, compatibility may vary depending on browser versions, operating systems, screen readers, device settings and third-party components.
We encourage users to report barriers they encounter so that they can be investigated and prioritised.
6.4 Known limitations
Some content, interactive resources, documents or third-party integrations may not yet provide an optimal experience for every user.
Potential limitations may include:
- Complex interactive tools that require further keyboard or screen-reader testing.
- Third-party content or externally hosted resources.
- Documents that may not yet have fully accessible alternatives.
- Differences in the presentation of content across browsers and devices.
Where a user encounters an accessibility barrier, PRIMA ELITE will make reasonable efforts to identify an alternative way to access the relevant information or assistance.
6.5 Requesting assistance or reporting a barrier
If you experience difficulty accessing information, navigating the website or using one of its resources, please contact:
info@primaelite.consulting, with the subject line “Accessibility feedback”.
Where possible, include:
- The page or resource concerned.
- A brief description of the difficulty.
- The device and browser being used.
- The assistive technology involved, if relevant.
- The preferred format or reasonable adjustment that would help.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an accessibility report.
PRIMA ELITE will review accessibility feedback and seek to respond within a reasonable period.
6.6 Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process.
PRIMA ELITE intends to review the website as it evolves, consider user feedback, test important interactions and improve identified barriers in line with available technical and organisational resources.
